This piece is based on a British military overcoat from the 1950s.
The loose silhouette is made from a generous amount of original fabric and features beautiful curved lines that are typical of European items.

Inspired by British tweeds from the 1970s, this material uses cotton warp threads containing indigo threads and a wool weft thread that is increased from the usual 28 to 44 threads, and is woven to the limit to create a heavy feel and woven pattern. The fabric has a firm texture, but is soft and easy to drape. Although it is a dark-toned tweed with a navy gray base, the beautiful blue of the indigo thread and yellow threads can be seen here and there, giving it a very warm and expressive texture.
