From intellim, which joined Alzac Kamakura as a brand carried from AW 2024, Levi's-style denim pants, 1953XX SHUTTLE DENIM TROUSERS, have arrived.
These jeans are based on the 1953 Levi's 501XX, and have a different appeal from the previous '47 model and the war model.

The 1953 model is the equivalent of a second undershirt for a jacket, and compared to the 1940s model it was slightly thicker around the thighs, with a straight pattern that fell straight down from the knees to the hem, making it a model that is said to have been a slight departure from the straight silhouette that had been used up until then.
The shape has been faithfully traced from a vintage pair of pants, with a rise that is not too deep and just the right amount of room around the thighs, making for a well-balanced pair of pants.
It also follows the details of the actual vintage, such as short side stitching, 15mm belt loops, and an on-set center loop. The placket features specially plated iron buttons with the original logo. It also includes many original specifications, such as copper-plated iron rivets and bars that will age well, and a rayon double-sided plain-woven pin label attached to the back pocket.
The fabric is a hard-textured 14oz heavyweight selvedge denim made in Japan.
By weaving the weft threads at the highest density possible while maintaining quality, we were able to achieve a crisp and hard surface cotton feel. The indigo uses indigo and green dyes to create a unique greenish look reminiscent of very old Levi's.

The black version is an original fabric woven with a deep black warp thread and an off-white weft thread. This pair of jeans has a different color to the black denim of the 90s. You can enjoy the dull color fade that occurs with repeated washing.
