Two colors of AUBERGE's signature striped T-shirt, "OWEN III," have arrived at ARZACH KAMAKURA. This shirt features an original fabric using Taisho Spinning's Suvin Gold 30-count yarn and a V-pocket inspired by French vintage style. We'll introduce the different looks of the BLUE×BROWN and GRAY×LEMON colors.

AUBERGE is a men's fashion brand that launched in 2018. The brand name is French for "a hotel specializing in cuisine," and it embodies the designer's desire to "create clothing using Japanese materials and have users savor the comfort of wearing them."
Focusing on vintage pieces from the 1930s and 40s, AUBERGE offers a comfortable style that is neither too old nor too new. By maintaining a handmade feel and adhering to time-consuming, classic craftsmanship, they create unique items unlike any other. Due to limited production numbers, many items sell out immediately, and AUBERGE's striped series is a staple that attracts attention every season.
"OWEN" is the name of the series that represents their striped T-shirts. This season, the third installment, "OWEN III," has appeared in two new color combinations.
Material: Taisho Spinning Suvin Gold 30 count yarn, including the smooth finish.
The fabric used in OWEN III is Suvin Gold 30 count, produced by Taisho Spinning. Suvin cotton is a type of cotton that was brought to India with the DNA of Sea Island cotton and branded as a high-quality extra-long staple cotton. Among these, Suvin Gold is the raw material that is "Gold Quality 100%", which has the best luster and fiber length.
Because the fibers are fine and long, the yarn has a remarkable sheen and a silky feel. By using a relatively fine 30-count yarn, it is thin yet not see-through, resulting in a garment that can be worn comfortably even in summer.
What is the "smooth and melting" process?
To further enhance the potential of the Suvin Gold 30 count yarn, the final fabric processing involves a "smooth and flowing finish." This process gives the fabric a unique smoothness and softness, resulting in a comfortable, almost clinging feel against the skin and a natural drape and flow. This is one of the greatest charms of the OWEN series.

Design – Embracing the DNA of French Vintage
OWEN's silhouette is a slightly relaxed boxy fit. With shallow side slits and a slightly longer back, the design creates a beautiful hemline when worn alone, and also balances well when lightly bloused over pants.
The most striking detail is the "V-pocket" on the left chest. This pocket, featuring V-shaped stitching reminiscent of vintage French clothing, is attached with the striped pattern perfectly matched. This pattern-matched V-pocket is a testament to the craftsmanship, something that mass-produced items simply cannot replicate.

NOTE — Regarding sizing
OWEN has a boxy silhouette, making it comfortable and roomy. It comes in three sizes: 40, 42, and 44. Size 40 is a good guideline for those who wear Japanese sizes S-M, and size 42 for those who wear M-L. It's also popular for women to wear in an oversized style. We recommend trying it on in-store.

Which to choose? – Two distinct personalities
