Yankshire is one of the labels owned by a company called Reliance, which existed in Chicago, USA.
Reliance began manufacturing workwear under the brand name of its founder in the late 1800s. In the 1900s, BIG YANK, which is familiar in the used clothing industry, appeared, and workwear with unique details became popular, and Reliance Co., Ltd. expanded steadily.
Due to the background of producing US military munitions during World War II, Yankshire developed items that go well with big Yank shirts, centering on military-based items.
